The farmhouse has been completely restored according to the typical Umbrian tradition, with wood, stone and terracotta.
It consists of 3 independent apartments: the smallest for 2 people with kitchen and bathroom, the largest for 8 people with 2 bathrooms and living room-kitchen, and the last for 6 people with 2 bathrooms and living room-kitchen where it is present. a table large enough for everyone.
The house is for 16 people total, 3 extra single beds and 2 cots can be added on request.

There is also a large private swimming pool with seasonal opening and a brick house for children, to play.
Guests can also pick vegetables from our garden and fruit from our orchard.
More than 60 olive trees are part of the completely fenced garden.
Penna in Teverina is 1.5 km away and Giove 6 km away, they are the closest villages with beautiful historic centers. The the area is full of nature trails. Offering many places to visit, such as Orte, Orvieto, Terni, Viterbo, Civita di Bagnoregio and the waterfalls at Marmore. With less than an hour by train you are in the center of Rome.

It is possible to walk to the center of Penna in Teverina, which is only 1.5 km away, where you will find small but well-stocked shops. However, the car is recommended to discover the area, as it is full of things to do.
